摘　　要：中国共产党员刘澜波(东北籍)是东北救亡运动的卓越领导者和坚决贯彻党的抗日民族统一战线政策的杰出战士。"西安事变"后,他受周恩来的委派,将东北流亡同胞团结组织起来,创建了东北救亡总会。全面抗战爆发后,他将会址迁到武汉。在周恩来的指示与关怀下,他团结各界东北同胞,动员社会力量,使东北救亡运动轰轰烈烈地开展起来,融入全国抗战洪流之中,有力地支援了全国抗战。Liu Lanbo is a Northeast membership of Communist Party members, leadership of Northeast national salvation movement, an outstanding fighter implementing the Party＇ s anti-Japanese national united front policy. After the Xi an outstanding of resolutely an Incident, appointed by Zhou Enlai, he united and organized the Northeast compatriots in exile, and created the Northeast Federation of Salvation. After Anti-Japanese War broke out, he moved the Northeast Federation of Salvation to Wuhan. Under the direction and care of Zhou Enlai, he united all sectors of the Northeast compatriots, and mobilized social forces to the Northeast, and carried out vigorous national salvation movement, and blended into the torrent of the National Anti-Japanese War, strongly supporting the National Anti-Japanese War.
