摘　　要：医疗安全管理中的许多问题目前都在探讨。对医疗安全、医疗安全管理的含义作了尝试性的界定;并在此基础上对医疗安全管理缺位的危害性及相应的医疗安全管理措施作了较为系统的论述。Many issues in the management of medical care security are under heated discussion. This paper makes a tentative definition for the management of medical care security, and further points out the risks of the absence of security management and relevant countermeasures.
