摘　　要：摩擦叠焊是一种新型固相连接技术。介绍了围绕摩擦叠焊所开展的基础研究,归纳总结了各国所用的工艺参数;同时介绍了摩擦叠焊技术在深海钢结构裂纹修复、海底管道在线开孔以及浮式生产储运卸装系统等领域的工程应用前景,以促进围绕该技术的应用基础研究和工程实用化进程。Friction stitch welding is a new kind of solid-phase welding technology.This paper introduced the research in some countries,and summarized the parameters used by them.Furthermore,the engineering application of this joining technology used in offshore steel structures, subsea pipelines and FPSOs fields was been introduced,it motivate the research of the engineering application of this process in our countries.
