摘 要:为了深入研究钻进控制机理,建立由计算机、信号检测与处理模块、钻机主体、动力站和比例电磁阀等主要构件组成的钻进控制模拟系统.利用传感器、信号处理电路、PCI接口板和数据分析软件等,解决了钻进参数实时检测、采集和数据处理等技术难题.在此基础上,尝试采用改进的PID和Fuzzy-PID算法对给进力、转速和钻速等进行闭环控制.试验结果表明,钻进控制模拟系统动态响应快,控制精度高,抗干扰能力强,最大控制误差约为10%,系统具有良好的监测和控制钻进参数与钻进过程的能力.In order to investigate mechanism of drilling control thoroughly, the simulation system was established, which consisted of computer, signal detection and processing module, driller, power station, proportional solenoid valves and so on. By using of sensor, signal processing circuit, PCI interface board and data analysis software, the technical problems of real-time detection, acquisition and processing of drilling parameters were solved. Based on this, the improved PID and Fuzzy - PID algorithm were used to realize the closed loop control of thrust force, rota- tional speed and penetration rate. The results indicate that the simulation system of drilling control has fast dynamic response, high control accuracy and strong anti-jamming capability, and the maximum error is controlled within about 10%, so it has the favorable functions of monitoring and controlling the drilling parameters and drilling process, and successfully realizes the prospective controlling objective.
