枸杞子对黒腹果蝇寿命影响研究

摘　　要：目的：研究枸杞子对果蝇寿命的影响。方法：应用野生型黑腹果蝇，在培养基中加入不同量的枸杞，观察并记录果蝇的存活时间。结果：浓度为1．7～6．7mg／mL时果蝇寿命延长11～23天，浓度在13．3mg／mL时果蝇寿命则减少21～22天。结论：枸杞子在一定浓度下会延长果蝇的寿命，但浓度过高反而对果蝇有不利影响。Objective： To study the beneficial effect of barbary wolfberry fruit on the life span of Drosophila melano- gaster. Methods： Barbary Wolfberry Fruit juice of different concentrations were added to the culture medium and the longevity of Drosophila melanogaster was measured. Results： At the concentrations between 1.7mg/ml to 6.7 mg/ml, the life span of Drosophila melanogaster was lengthened by 11--23 days. At the concentration of 13.3 mg/ml, the life span was shortened by 21~22 days. Conclusion： Barbary Wolfberry Fruit has both beneficial and harmful effects on the life span of Drosophila melanogaster, depending on the concentration applied. Optimal concentration can lengthen the life span while high concentration can shorten the life span.
