奚氏痛风灵2号对慢性高尿酸血症肾病大鼠尿酸代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药奚氏痛风灵2号在不同治疗时间后,对慢性高尿酸血症肾病(Urate Nephropathy,UN)大鼠尿酸代谢的影响,并与西药痛风利仙进行比较,探讨中药奚氏痛风灵2号对血尿酸的影响机制及其应用价值。方法:采用奚氏痛风灵2号治疗UN大鼠,分别观察治疗2周与5周后大鼠血尿酸(serum Uric Acid,sUA)、血清黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂(serum Xanthine Oxidase,sXOD)、尿酸肾脏清除率(Renal Excretive Rate,RER)、血清肌酐(sCr)以及肾组织形态结构的变化。结果:奚氏痛风灵2号有显著降低UN大鼠sUA、sCr的作用,可以抑制sXOD活性,增加RER。结论:奚氏痛风灵2号可能通过抑制sXOD活性、增加RER两种途径来降低sUA。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Xl＇s Gout killer--2 （prescription of traditional Chinese medicine） on metabolism of uric acid in the experimental rats of Urate Nephropathy. Methods ： XI＇S Gout killer- 2 was used to cure the experimental rats of Urate Nephropathy, and in the second week and fifth week after the treatment the levels of sXOD, sCr, sUA, RER were, respectively, measured. Results： Xl＇s Gout killer--2 could remarkably reduce sUA and sCr in UN rats, inhibit sXOD activity and increase RER. Conclusion： XI＇s Gout killer--2 may reduce sUA by restraining sXOD activity and increasing RER.
