摘  要:为探索近年来北京地区猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)的流行病学和变异规律,用PCR技术从北京不同猪场的临床发病猪和死亡猪病变组织中分别扩增和克隆获得4株PCV2分离株全基因组序列,并进行测定和分析。结果显示,4株PCV2基因组全长均为1 767 nt,其核苷酸同源性高达99%,与其他北京分离株的同源性也达98%以上,与国内外其他地区PCV2的核苷酸同源性也在95%以上。由此表明,各个PCV2分离株在进化方面存在地域相关性。In order to explore the epidemiology and variance of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) in Beijing recently, the genome sequences of four PCV2 isolates were amplified by PCR assay with the tissues of the clinical diseased and dead pigs from several pig farms in Beijing. Then, the complete genomes of the four PCV2 isolates were cloned, sequenced and analyzed. The results showed that these genomes were all 1 767 nt in size, and shared above 99% identity of nucleotide. There were more than 98% identity of nucleotide between the four PCV2 isolates and others isolated from Beijing, and over 95% identity of nucleotide among some other PCV2 isolates available in GenBank. The present study indicated that there was a geographical correlation among the PCV2 isolates.
