摘　　要：通过对城市、城市规划与城市文化三者之间关系的论证,提出城市文化是城市的轴心脉络,并对规划设计过程中城市文化的创造进行初步论述,阐述了创造城市文化的积极意义,提出合理科学的城市规划方法和城市设计手段在当代城市的发展塑造中有积极作用。This article intends to proves three between relations about the city, the urban planning and the urban culture, proposed the urban culture is the city axle center vein, and to expound in the design process creates the urban culture, and elaborated creates the urban culture the positive sense, proposed the reasonable science urban planning method and the city layout method have the positive role in the contemporary city development mold.
