基于无线手持的二维条码辅助拣选方案研究

摘　　要：针对传统的拣选作业方案进行了分析,结合方案需求阐述了二维条码的生成原理与打印过程,在无线条码扫描技术的支持下,提出了基于无线手持的二维条码辅助拣选方案及其实现。结果表明对提高拣选效率、降低生产成本有较明显的效果。Combined with the need of scenario, the paper analyzes the conventional method, and expounds the generating the principle of two-dimension barcode and printing process. Based on wireless technology, the paper describes the advantages of the scenario and its development prospects, and puts forward order-picking scenario aided by two-dimension barcode. It is concluded that the warehouse has a significant effect in improving the order-picking efficiency and reducing production costs.
