摘　　要：民用爆炸物品公共安全管理是我国公安机关的重要职责,公安机关建立民用爆炸物品管理长效机制具有重要意义和现实迫切性。民爆物品管理长效机制包括:对民爆物品"物"的管理长效机制;对使用、保管人员等"人"的管理长效机制;公安机关检查打击工作运行长效机制;民爆物品管理考评、责任追究长效机制;民爆物品管理保障长效机制、与其他部门协作运行长效机制等。Civil explosives security administration is the important function of our police organs. It is important and urgent for police organs to set up long - term mechanism of civil explosives administration. Long - term mechanism of civil explosives administration includes long - term mechanism on explosives administration, on the staff invloved with the use of explosives, on the checking and attacking the work operation, on the evaluation and accountability of explosives administration, on the protection of explosives administration, and on the cooperation with other sections.
