摘  要:热失控是电动自行车电池的常见失效模式之一。本文对过充电期间的热效应进行了量化计算,直观地论述了热失控现象发生的原理,并研究了循环次数、环境温度和充电电压对热失控的影响,同时提出了避免热失控发生的建议。Thermal runaway is one of failure modes in VRLA batteries for electric bikes. In this article it was studied when the batteries were over charged the quantitative calculation of heat effect was made and the principle was interpretate visually. In addition the effects of cycle, temperature and charging voltage on thermal runaway had been studied. At the same time, the advices on resolvent of thermal runaway were proposed.
