摘  要:研究开发了NCS-EPA网络控制系统平台。研究NCS-EPA组态开发系统、网络仿真系统的基础上,设计了网络控制软件仿真平台设计中的仿真网络接口与NS2的衔接技术。实现的网络控制仿真框架中NS2网络模块封装了EPA控制网络协议栈与功能块算法模块,解决了EPA控制系统网络性能的模拟。NCS-EPA结合离线组态的网络模拟仿真和在线设备组态监控配置控制策略模块、功能块I/O信息与物理I/O映射信息,实现控制策略的虚拟对象与物理系统的映射。NCS-EPA网络控制系统的开发表明,基于EPA的分布式网络控制的组态与仿真能够满足控制系统性能设计要求与工业自动化的测试需求。The platform of NCS-EPA networked control system was developed. Based on the research of NCS-EPA configuration development system and network simulation system, the interfaces between the simulation network and the NS2 modules in the simulation platform of networked control were designed. EPA control network protocol stack and function block algorithm module were encapsulated by NS2 network module in the simulation framework of network control implemented, and the simulation on performance of EPA control system network was resolved. NCS-EPA configured control strategy module, function block I/O information and realistic I/O mapping information, integrating off-line configuration network simulation and on-line device configuration monitoring, and implemented mapping between virtual objects and physical system in the control strategy. The development of NCS-EPA network control system has proved that the configuration and the simulation on distributed network control system based on EPA can satisfy the performance and the test requirement of control system and industrial automation.
