摘  要:北京科技大学与包钢合作开发了国内首家拥有自主知识产权的大方坯连铸动态二冷与动态轻压下控制模型。模型将铸流离散成许多切片,依据传热学理论与合理假设对每个切片建立传热微分方程;通过用有限差分法求解各切片传热微分方程,动态计算各切片的内部温度曲线,从而实现对铸坯实时温度场的动态跟踪;结合目标表面温度控制法与轻压下理论实现了大方坯连铸的动态二冷与动态轻压下控制。该控制模型已在包钢5号大方坯连铸机上线应用,对比试验表明铸坯内质得到了明显提升。The dynamic secondary cooling and dynamic soft reduction control model for bloom caster developed by USTB and Baotou Steel is the domestic first model possessing independent intellectual property right. In this model, the strand was divided into a lot of small slices. Based on the heat transfer theory and reasonable hypothesis, a differential equation of heat transfer was established for each slice. For each slice, a temperature profile, which described the temperature from the surface till the centre, was calculated cyclically by solving the equation using finite difference method, and the realtime temperature field dynamic tracking of the strand is realized. Combining with the target Surface Temperature Strategy and the soft reduction theory, dynamic control for secondary cooling and soft reduction of bloom continuous casting was achieved. The control model has been put into operation on No. 5 bloom caster of Baotou Steel, and the comparative experiment shows that inner quality of bloom has been obviously improved.
