摘  要:目的探讨冠心病的各种危险因素及与血小板聚集功能的相关性。方法选择64例住院患者,按照入选标准分为冠心病和对照组,分别问卷调查,生化检测血脂、血糖等指标,放免法测定胰岛素计算敏感指数,用ADP诱导测定血小板聚集率,最后二分类Logistic多元回归分析筛选冠心病的危险因素,并用偏相关分析法控制其他因素的影响后,分析重要因素与血小板聚集率的相关性。结果Logistic回归分析显示性别、吸烟、空腹血糖、胰岛素敏感指数及LDL-C与冠心病独立相关,并经偏相关分析发现,均与血小板聚集率有相关性,对照组无相关性。血小板聚集率与胰岛素敏感指数、HDL-C负相关。结论冠心病各主要危险因素均与血小板聚集功能相关,提示血小板可能在冠心病各方面都参与作用。Objective To analyse the various risk factors of CHD and investigate the association with aggregate function of platelet in CHD patients. Methods 64 inpatients were divided into CHD and control group. Questionnaire was investigated separately, plasma lipids and sugar were determined by biochemistry test, the insulin sensitive index was measured by radioimmunoassay, the platelet aggregate rate was measured by ADP-indueing test. At last two sorts logistic multiple regression analysis was used to select the most important factors of CHD. After controlling the affects of other factors by bivariate correlation analysis, the relationship between those important factors and the platelet aggregate rate was analyzed. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that sex, smoking, fast plasma glucose, insulin sensitive index and LDL-C are independent risk factors of CHD. And they all have close correlation with platelet aggregate rate, which is negative correlation to insulin sensitive index and HDL-C. Conclusions The major risk factors of CHD are all related to aggregate fimetion of olatelet. It indicates that olatelet may affect CHD in all direction.
