摘 要:目的调查某甲烷氯化物建设项目职业病危害因素,分析和评价其控制效果。方法根据国家有关职业卫生标准,采取现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查方法。结果该建设项目选址与总体布局、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个体使用的防护用品等基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》要求,装卸岗位盐酸不符合标准,最高浓度达8.2 mg/m3,其它岗位职业病危害因素浓度(强度)控制在国家现行标准之内。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施基本有效,建议设气体防护站、加强装卸车辆管理。Objective To analyze and evaluate occupational risk factors in the construction project of chloromethanes (CMS). Methods Based on the related national standards, field hygiene investigation,detection for occupational risk factors and occupational heahh examination were carried out. Results The items including the selection of site, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, occupational disease prevention and protection measures, and individual preventive articles accorded with the requirements of national standards. The concentrations of HCI in the air of load and unload post didn't accord with the national standards, maximum concentration of HCl reached to 8. 2 mg/m^3. The concentrations ( intensities) of risk factors in other posts accorded with the national standards. Conclusion It is basically effective for the construction project to take preventive measures. A gas protective station should be set up , loading and unloading vehicle management should be reinforeed as well.
