摘　　要：对陕西省普通高校体育专业招生与就业现状进行研究,结果显示:陕西省普通高校体育专业招生潜力很大,传统就业渠道出现困境,新的就业渠道逐步形成,新就业岗位人才缺乏,现行的培养目标与社会新需求不适应。为此提出了若干改革的建议。This article researches on situation of enrollment and employment of sportsmajor in Shaanxi Province ordinary university, result shows： The recruitment potential of sports major is very big in Shanxi Province ordinary university, the tradition employment channel has the difficult position, the new employment channel forms gradually, the new employment post is short of talented person, the present raise goal and the social new demand do not adapt. According this, this article proposes certain reform proposal.
