摘 要:以青岛海域爆发中后期的浒苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)表面粘附着细菌为材料,采用16S rRNA基因序列分析手段研究其系统发育的多样性状况,旨在为深入探索浒苔衰亡的生物机制提供理论依据。研究结果表明:分离的18株浒苔粘附着细菌共分布在8科、10属之中。其中有7株菌分布于α-proteobacteria的2科、4属中;7株菌分布于γ-proteobacteria中的3科、3属中;4株菌分布在Flavobacteriaceae、Microbacteriaceae和Bacillaceae的3个属当中。另外,QDHT-1、QDHT-5、QDHT-7、QDHT-13这4个菌株因其16S序列相似性与属内已知种相比低于97%,预示着可能为新种。结果表明青岛海域浒苔爆发中后期其表面粘附着细菌具有比较大的多样性。Eighteen adherent bacteria strains isolated from the surfaces of Enteromorpha prolifera grown in QingDao sea,were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing.The diverse state of adherent bacteria during the decline phase of Enteromorpha prolifer are understood.The results showed that seven strains are distributed in four genus of two familys in α-proteobacteria respectively.Seven strains are distributed in three genus of three familys in γ-proteobacteria respectively,Four strains belong to three genus of Flavobacteriaceae,Microbacteriaceae and Bacillaceae respectively.In addition,for its sequence similarity of 16S rDNA were less than 97% comparing to other species,strains QDHT-1,QDHT-5,QDHT-7 and QDHT-13 would be new species.This results demonstrate that,during the decline phase of enteromorpha prolifera,there have great diversitities in its adherent bacteria.
