摘  要:针对脉冲袋式除尘器喷吹管各个喷口流量分布不均匀引起的除尘效率下降问题,用数值模拟和流量修正的方法对喷吹管的喷口进行了优化设计。采用k-ε湍流模型,数值求解雷诺时均N-S方程,模拟得到了在不同喷口半径分布和入口压力条件下的流场结构和喷口流量分布,节省了实验经费,有效缩短了设计周期,为脉冲袋式除尘器喷吹管的优化设计提供了一个崭新的思路。The drop of cleaning dust efficiency is due to the mass flux non-uniform distribution of nozzles in a pulse jet flow cleaning system.In order to solve it,the optimized design of nozzles is performed with numerical simulation and the correctional method of mass flux.The center difference of finite volume method used to solve Renault average N-S equations with k-ω turbulent model.The flow field and the mass flux distribution of the different nozzle radius distributed and portal pressure are gained in numerical simulation.It provides a new train of thought to the pulse jet bag filter pipe to optimize the design and has the ability to save the experimental funds and shorten the design cycle effectively.
