摘　　要：目的:提高静脉药物配置中心的工作效率与质量,为患者提供安全用药。方法:对2003年11月至2004年11月与2007年3月至2008年3月记录在案的缺陷进行归纳分类比较。结果:改进安全管理措施后缺陷发生率明显下降,总缺陷发生率从23.0%下降至0.2%。结论:实施安全管理,严把审方、摆药、配置、复核关,并不断优化工作流程,确保药物配置质量,促进了护理质量的全面提高。Objective：To improve the efficiency and quality of the pharmacy intravenous admixture service in order to provide patients with safety drug . Method：The defects happened during November 2003 to November 2004 and March 2007 to March 2008 was categorized and compared. Results： The total incidence of defects decreased from 23.0% to 0.2% by improving safety measures. Conclusion： With implementation of safety management, complying with procedure of prescription review, dispensing, distribution and checking strictly, and optimizing workflow, the quality of pharmacy intravenous admixture was ensured and the overall quality of care was improved.
