摘　　要：目的:探讨床单位集中消毒供应中心管理模式。方法:采取合理的建筑布局、先进的设备配置、严格的流程管理、完善的规章制度和全员全程培训。结果:床单位集中消毒供应管理流程清晰,职责明确,交接及时;现场采样检测床单位表面细菌杀灭率达99%。结论:实施床单位集中消毒供应顺应专业发展趋势,有利于医院感染控制,确保切断床上用品在流通使用环节所导致的医院感染,加强部门之间的沟通协调是确保工作顺利开展的必要条件。Objective： To explore the effective management method of patient unit central disinfection and supply. Methods： Many administration principles were adopted, those were scientific construct arrangement, advanced facilities allocation, strict process management, well-defined regulations and total personnel training. Results： The natural killing rate of surface of bedclothes exceeded 99%. Conclusions： Applying the patient unit central disinfection and supply could keep up with professional development trend and was in favor of the controls of hospital infectious. Besides, cooperation among departments was indispensable to guarantee this work.
