摘 要:文章创新性的引入了城市基础设施和城镇新增固定资产因素,作为影响城市商圈发展的自变量系统。在提出假设的基础上,证实了城市基础设施、城镇新增固定资产与城市商圈发展之间呈同向关系,弹性系数分别为0.84和1.08,表明城市基础设施水平和城镇新增固定资产每提高1%,城市商圈发展分别增长0.84%和1.08%。城镇新增固定资产对城市商圈发展的影响,大于城市基础设施对城市商圈发展的影响,具有明显的放大效应。提出可以通过加大城镇新增固定资产投资力度、优化城镇新增固定资产投资结构、完善城市基础设施建设等具体措施和对策,促进城市商圈的可持续发展。The innovation of this paper lies to the applying of the factors of urban infrastructure and newly increased fixed assets as the independent variable system of trade area in the city. Based on the hypothesis, this paper confirmed that the output flexibility of infrastructure and newly increased fixed assets to trade area in the city is 0.84 and 1.08. That is, with 1% increasing of infrastructure and newly increased fixed assets, trade area of city will increase 0.84% and 1.08% respectively. With obvious amplification, the impact of newly increased fixed assets on trade area is bigger than that of infrastructure. Some effective and exact measures and strategies, including increase of additional investments, optimization of the structure investment of newly increased fixed assets, and improvement of urban infrastructure constructions, are put forwards to promote sustainable development of trade area in the city.
