肺出血新生儿血清中肿瘤坏死因子α水平变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿肺出血时血清中肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF—α）水平的变化。方法对36例肺出血新生儿及40例正常对照新生儿进行血清TNF—α测定。结果肺出血新生儿血清TNF—α浓度为（15．17±9．21）ng/L，较正常对照新生儿[（7．26±5．38）ng／L]明显升高，差异有显著性（t=4．5，P〈0．005）。结论新生儿肺出血时血清TNF-α水平升高，TNF—α可能参与了新生儿肺出血的某些发病过程。Objective To study the change of serum TNF-α in neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage. Methods We detected the levels of serum TNF-α in 36 cases of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage and 40 cases of normal neonate. Results The level of serum TNF-α in neonate with pulmonary hemorrhage[ （ 15. 17 ± 9. 21 ） ng/L ] was significantly higher than that of normal neonate [ （7. 26 ± 5. 38） ng/L ] （ t = 4. 5,P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion The level of serum TNF-α is increased in neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage, and it may involve in the process of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage.
