摘　　要：股骨头坏死发生后,修复带前沿处于低氧和低营养的病理环境,各种细胞的生物活性发生变化。基于对股骨头坏死硬化带病理的研究和对文献的总结,提出资源竞争假说。指出修复带前沿成纤维细胞和成骨细胞之间可能存在资源竞争,竞争结果使成纤维细胞处于竞争优势,而成骨细胞难以生存,这是硬化带长期存在和导致修复过程中断的主要原因。此假说为股骨头坏死修复过程中断的原因提供一种研究思路。It＇s a low- oxygen and low- nutrition situation in the repairing band of osteoneerosis of the femoral head （ONFH） and the biological activities has been changed. We proposed the hypothesis on the basis of the pathology on sclerosis band and the literature of ONFH. It＇s said that there is a resource competition between the fibroblasts and osteoblasts in the repairing band. The result of competition is that the fibroblasts live better and the osteohlasts lead to death, which is the main reason that the sclerosis band exists long and it disturbed the repairing process. The hypothesis is a way to the study on the reason of the repairing process being disturbed.
