平衡推拿疗法配合低强度激光治疗肌力失衡性颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:以中医内病外治的理论,探讨平衡推拿疗法配合低强度激光治疗肌力失衡性颈椎病的疗效作用。方法:158例肌力失衡性颈椎病患者随机分为3组,用平衡推拿疗法45例(推拿组),采用低强度激光治疗48例(理疗组),用平衡推拿疗法配合低强度激光治疗65例(治疗组),观察症状、体征。结果:治疗组与理疗组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组与推拿组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:平衡推拿疗法配合低强度激光治疗肌力失衡性颈椎病优于单用一种疗法。Objective：To study the curative effect of the treatment of the musle power lose balance radiculopathy by balance - massage plus low - intensity laser,which is in the fundamental theory of external treatment used for internal disease of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods：All 158 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse were allocated randomly to 3 groups：45 patients were divided into the physiotherapy group using balance - massage,48 patients were divided into the massage group using low -intensity laser,65 patients were divided into the combinedtreatment group using balance- massage plus low - intensity laser. After that, their symptoms and signs were observed. Results ： It was obvious difference that the physiotherapy group compared with the combined treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. It was obvious difference that the massage group compared with the combined treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment using balance - massage plus low - intensity laser was better than single therapy.
