南板蓝根和北板蓝根抗甲型流感病毒作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:对南板蓝根和北板蓝根进行抗甲型流感病毒作用的实验研究,了解广西习用品南板蓝根与北板蓝根抗甲型流感病毒作用的差异。方法:用鸡胚培养法观察两种板蓝根对甲型流感病毒的直接作用、治疗作用及预防作用,以利巴韦林为阳性对照药。结果:血凝滴度实验表明,南、北板蓝根均能明显灭活甲型流感病毒,其中直接作用与预防作用北板蓝根强于南板蓝根,治疗作用南板蓝根稍强。结论:南、北板蓝根都有抗甲型流感病毒作用。Objective ：To reseach Rhizoma ct Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiac and Radix Isatidis against influenza A virus,and compare the difference between Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae and Radix Isatidis against influenza A virus. Methods ：The antiviral effects of Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae and Radix Isatidis on influenza A virus were observed in chick- embryo culture using Ribavirin as positive control. Results ：According to hemagglutination titer, Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae and Radix Isatidis showed significant inactivation of the influenza A virus. Radix Isatidis has more powerful direct and prevenient effect. However,Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae has more powerful cure effect. Conclusion：et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae and Radix Isatidis Rhizoma have antiviral effects on influenza A virus.
