葛根素治疗下肢外伤性肿胀的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:评价葛根素治疗下肢外伤性肿胀的临床疗效。方法:在合适患者中选择73例作为治疗组,70例作为空白组,治疗组使用注射用葛根素400mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL中静滴,2h滴完,日1次,10天为1个疗程;空白组除不加注射用葛根素外其余与治疗组完全一致。结果:治疗组和空白组下肢外伤性肿胀前后症状评分变化有明显差异(P<0.01);治疗组肿胀前后评分差值变化和空白组相比有明显差异(P<0.01);在临床疗效中,治疗组总有效率达95.89%,空白组总有效率为68.57%。总的来说,各项指标治疗组均优于空白组。结论:葛根素注射液应用于下肢外伤性肿胀的治疗具有良好的意义。Objective ： To value clinical efficacy of puerarin on traumatic lower limb swelling. Methods ： 143 cases in accordance with inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into treatment group（ n = 73） and control group （n = 70）, In the treatment group,Puerarin injection 400mg in 0. 9% NS 250mL was given daily by intravenous drip（ in 2hours） ,While the patients in the control group received the same treatment as the treatment group without application of puerarin injection. Results：Obvious difference in score of swelling of traumatic lower limb swelling was found between the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ） ;The differential value of score for swelling was significant in the treatment group after treatment as compared with the control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）;As for clinical efficacy,The total effective rate in the treatment group is 98.89% ,The control group 68.57%. In short, All indexes in the treatment group were better than that in the control group. Conclusion：It is highly valuable that puerarin injection is used to treat traumatic lower limb swelling.
