生津止渴胶囊的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立生津止渴胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法、薄层色谱法对山药、天花粉、葛根进行定性鉴别,并对样品中的绿原酸进行定量测定研究。结果:方中山药、天花粉、葛根定性检出;以本品每克含菊花以绿原酸(C16H18O9)计,不得少于0.3mg作为内控指标。结论:方法简便快捷,精密度、稳定性、重复性均良好,可用于生津止渴胶囊的质量控制。Objective ： To establish the quality standards for Shengjin Zhike Capsules. Methods ： Microscopic identification and TLC are used for determination of Rhizoma dioscoreae, Radix trichosanthis, Ridix puerariae. The content of chlorogenic acid are determined by HPLC. Results：Rhizoma dioscoreae, Radix triehosanthis, Pddix puerariae can be determined;the content of chlorogenic acid is higher than 0. 3mg/g. Conclusion： The precision, stability, and reproducibility of this method are good, so it can be used for quality control of Shengjin Zhike capsules.
