补肾活血饮对帕金森病大鼠脑内DAT的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾活血饮治疗帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)的作用机理。方法:建立PD大鼠模型,将120只SD大鼠按随机数字法分为正常对照组、生理盐水对照组、补肾活血饮治疗组,连续治疗8周。采用脑PET显像技术观察补肾活血法治疗后大鼠纹状体内多巴胺转运蛋白变化情况。结果:补肾活血饮治疗组大鼠损毁侧纹状体DAT放射性浓聚较生理盐水组明显增加,其纹状体/小脑比值较生理盐水组明显增多(2.14±0.29比1.89±0.34),差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补肾活血饮能增加PD模型大鼠纹状体多巴胺转运蛋白含量,提高DA利用率,起到治疗PD的作用。Objective ：To explore the mechanism of action in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease （PD）with Bushen Huoxue Yin. Methods ：PD rat models were made and 120 SD rats were devided into3 groups at random：a normal control group,a normal saline control group and a Bushen Huoxue Yin treat group. The rats were treated for 8 weeks. The variation of DAT in rat~ striatum were observed by PET after treatment of Bushen Huoxue Yin. Results ： Bushen Huoxue Yin could significantly increase DAT accumulation in lesioned side than normal saline group, and the striatum/cerebeUum were raised apparently（2. 14±0. 29vs. 1.89 ± 0. 34）, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Bushen Huoxue Yin can raise content of DAT in PD rat striatum,increase the utilization rate of DA and treat PD.
