虫草肾茶胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨虫草肾茶胶囊对糖尿病肾病(DN)的治疗。方法:DN患者共60例,包括临床DN肾功能正常组38例,临床DN肾功能衰竭组22例,60例病人被随机分为对照组及治疗组。除常规治疗外,治疗组患者加用虫草肾茶胶囊治疗,对照组则加用福辛普利(蒙诺)治疗,共观察16周。治疗前后行尿蛋白排泄量、血肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿蛋白定量测定。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组患者的尿蛋白排泄量明显降低(P<0.05),临床肾功能衰竭组的血肌酐也显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组的总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:虫草肾茶胶囊具有减少蛋白尿,改善肾功能的作用,对糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效。Objective：To observe the effect of Chongcao Shencha capsule to treat diabetic nephropathy. Methods：38 normal renal function diabetic nephropathy patients and 22 renal failure diabetic nephropathy patients were recruited into the study,60 cases were divided randomly into treatment group（ n = 30）which were treated with Chongcaoshencha capsule and into control group （ n = 30） which were treated with Fosinopril. Two groups were given basic treatments at the same time. Before and after the treatment ,the changes of the urinary albumin excretion rate, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, the 24h microalbuminuria were examined. Results：As compared with patients in control group, the urinary albumin excretion rate were decreased markedly in patients of treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, Moreover, the serum creatinine of patients in treatment group were decreased evidently （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. For the treatment group, the total effect was superior to that of con- trol group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Chongcao Shencha capsule can reduce the proteinuria and improve renal function of the patients,It is indicated that this therapy is effective for diabetic nephropathy.
