摘　　要：目的:根据本课题组多年来的研究成果,结合个人的临床经验,对2型糖尿病病证结合中医辨治经验进行系统总结。方法:将2型糖尿病常见的5个证型与7个并发症,根据其基本病理,确定治疗方法,选用有效方药。结果:用课题组历年发表的临床观察病例加以佐证,均取得了较好疗效。结论:对2型糖尿病病证结合的中医辨治经验有一定的理论指导意义和临床实用价值。Objective： In accordance with research results of studying team for many years and practical clinical experience, the author made a systematic summarization of syndrome differentiation experience of TCM by combination of disease and syndrome on Type 2 Diabetes. Methods ：Treatments and effective formulas of common five TCM syndromes and seven complications were determined by basic pathology. Results ： The treatments have acquired a better result using clinical research papers published by studying team for years as evidence. Conclusion：It shows that Experience of syndrome differentiation of TCM by combination of disease and syndrome on Type 2 Diabetes, has a certain theoretical guidance meaning and clinical practical value.
