摘　　要：痰浊、瘀血均为人体的病理产物,近年来关于二者关系很多医家都予以阐述。通过痰瘀理论以论痰瘀与冠心病关系,主要包括以下几个方面:理论发展、基础研究、西医进展、辨证要点、治疗原则、治疗方药等几方面进行阐述。Pathological product of the human body, phlegm and blood stasis, has been elaborated by a lot of doctors in recent years. Through the phlegm and blood stasis theory,discusses the relationship between phlegm and blood stasis and coronary heart disease. It is mainly about six aspects：theoretical development, basic research, western medicine progress, main symptoms of syndrome, treatment principle and treatment medicine and formula.
