摘  要:目的:探讨桔梗引经入肺(肺靶向作用)的现代生物学机制。方法:观察桔梗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)大鼠脑、肠、心、肝、肾、肺等组织中血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)含量的影响。将实验大鼠分为假手术组、COPD模型组和桔梗组,分别取脑、肠、心、肝、肾、肺等组织,用放免法测定不同组织中血管活性肠肽(VIP)的含量。结果:实验数据统计分析,脑、肠、心、肝、肾各组织中桔梗组VIP含量与模型组比较,均有降低趋势,但无统计学意义。而肺组织中桔梗组VIP含量与模型组比较亦无统计学差异,但却表现出上升趋势。结论:桔梗引经入肺的作用机制,有可能与其增加病理状态下肺组织中VIP含量有关。Objective :To explore the biology mechanism of balloonflower root targeting function to lung. Methods:The experiment through detecting the content of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP)in different tissues such as brain, intestine, heart, liver, kidney,lung of the rat with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)to study the effect of balloontlower root on COPD. Rats of experiment were randomly divided into sham operation group, COPD model group, balloonflower root group, and every rat were taken the tissues of brain,intestine, heart,liver, kidney,lung to detect the content of VIP in different tissues through radioimmunoassay. Results : The contents of VIP in brain, intestine, heart, liver, kidney, lung of balloonflower root group have lower trend compared with the model group, but there was no significant. Especially, the content of VIP in lung of balloonflower root group has been an upward trend compared with the model group, and there was no significant too. Conclusion :The biology mechanism of balloonfiower root targeting function to lung may be related to the content of VIP in lung which in the case of pathological conditions.
