红袍胃安精减方的作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的:对红袍胃安精减方(大红袍(白术(厚朴(马蹄香)进行作用机制研究,阐述其主要药效学的作用机理,为下一步研究打下基础。方法:(1)预防性给药对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎的抗氧化作用;(2)治疗性给药对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎的抗氧化作用;(3)对大鼠胃黏膜NO水平的影响;(4)对大鼠跨膜电位的影响;(5)对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎溃疡指数的影响。结果:预防性给药和治疗性给药均能降低大鼠血清中MDA的含量,提高SOD和GSH-PX活力;在治疗给药后,能显著降低大鼠胃黏膜一氧化氮(NO)的水平;还能显著提高胃窦、胃体、胃底的跨膜电位。结论:红袍胃安精减方对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎模型经预防性给药和治疗性给药均能显著的抗氧化,对慢性胃炎状态下的胃黏膜具有保护和改善作用,是一个值得进一步研究开发的中药复方。Objective： To study the mechanism of simplified prescription of hongpao weian （ Dahongpao ＋ Baizhu ＋ Houpo ＋ Matixiang）, and described its main pharmacodynamics, which may present a foundation for its further study. Methods： To observe antioxidation effects on chronic gastritis model in rats by preventive administration and remedial medication, the effects on the level of NO in rats＇ gastric mucosa,ransmembrane potential of rats and some indexes of ulcer. Results： Preventive administration and remedial medication of simplified prescription of hongpao weian can reduced the content of MDA, and increase activities of SOD and GSH - PX in rats serum, remedial medication obviously reduced the level of NO in rats＇ gastric mueosa, and heighten ransmembrane potential of gastric antrum, gastric body and gastric fundus. Conclusion：Simplified prescription of Hongpao Weian had obvious antioxidation effects on chronic gastritis model in rats, and can protect gastric mueosa of chronic gastritis animals ,which is worth developing.
