摘　　要：随着人类基因组研究的不断深入,基因数量的有限性和结构的稳定性与生命现象复杂多变的矛盾凸现,蛋白质组研究被推到了生命科学的前沿。目前,蛋白质芯片技术已成为肿瘤蛋白质组学研究的重要工具之一。它能洞察肿瘤细胞、组织和生物体蛋白质含量的细微变化,精确分析特定蛋白质的理化性质。本文就近年来有关蛋白质芯片技术及其在肿瘤学研究中的应用情况作一综述。Follow the study of human genome deepening;the paradox between the finiteness of genes＇number and stability of genes＇structure and the variety of the life phenomena is more conspicuous. Then, the study of proteomies was pushed to the advancing front of life science research. The application of proteomies to tumor research becomes a hot spot nowadays. This essay review the present status and advances of the application of comparative proteomies in study of tumor marker through refer considerable literatures about proteome, proteomies and tumor marker.
