摘　　要：研究侧位与原位切断内括约肌治疗陈旧性肛裂术后肛门功能的变化。将160例陈旧性肛裂患者随机分两组采用侧位与原位内括约肌切断术治疗,并于术前术后进行肛管直肠压力、直肠感觉功能和肛门液体节制功能的测定,较客观的进行术后肛门功能评估。结果表明原位切断内括约肌对肛门功能影响较侧位切断内括约肌大。This clinical research the change of Anal function between the Lateral Position Incision and in Situ incision of Internal Sphincter to Treat Chronic Anal Fissure. The 160 cases were randomly divided into two groups subjected to the incision of lateral and posterior internal sphincter,And the anal canal rectal tube pressure,rectal sensation action,anus fluidcontinence action were monitored before and after operation. After all,compared them. Results show that the group of posterior Incision of internal sphincter has more injuries to Anal function.
