三七总苷治疗病毒性心肌炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的发病率有逐渐升高的趋势,到目前为止其治疗没有特异性方法,探讨中药三七总苷对VMC的治疗作用。方法:在给BALB/c小鼠腹腔注射柯萨奇病毒B3成功建立VMC动物模型的基础上探讨了三七总苷对VMC小鼠心肌炎细胞浸润、心肌坏死和死亡率的影响。结果:三七总苷干预组小鼠死亡率明显少于单纯VMC组,其心肌的炎细胞浸润和心肌坏死也较单纯VMC组明显减轻。结论:三七总苷能有效治疗VMC。Objective：The incidence of viral myocaditis（VMC） increases gradually. There are no special methods about the diagnosis and therapy of VMC. Our experiment studied the effect of total saponins of panax notoginseng（TPN） on viral myocarditis. Methods ： Our experiment established murine model of VMC by infected BALB/c mice with Coxsackie Virus B3, then the effect of TPN on the death rate and pathologic change of VMC mice were studied. Results ： The death rate of VMC mice in TPN intervention group were lower than simple VMC group, inflammatory celll infiltration and myocardial necrosis also were milder. Conclusion：TPN has therapeutic effect on VMC.
