辨证分型治疗无排卵型功血的临床研究与探讨

摘　　要：探讨无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血的主要病因病机、辨证分型、预防要点、治疗方法、选方用药。认为其病因病机为肾阴虚、肾阳虚、肝郁、脾气虚、血热、血瘀、冲任虚寒,辨证分型为肾阴虚血瘀型、肾阴虚血瘀兼肝郁型、脾肾阳虚血瘀型、脾气虚血瘀型、冲任虚寒血瘀型,预防应注意加强青春期生理卫生教育,育龄期应预防流产,围绝经期应注意健脾补肾养生。治疗采取分阶段治疗方法,分为出血期与调周期2阶段治疗。选方左归丸、右归丸、举元煎、温经汤等。To discuss the pathogenesis and etiology, differentiation of symptoms and signs, prevent point, treatment methods and drugs of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The pathogenesis and etiology are deficiency of kidney- YIN,deficiency of kidney-YANG, stagnation of liver, deficiency of spleen, blood heat, blood stasis, cold and deficiency of Chong and Ren Channels. The differentiation of symptoms and signs are deficiency of kidney - Yin and blood stasis, deficiency of kidney - Yin with blood stasis and stagnation of liver, deficiency of kidney and spleen - YANG with blood stasis, deficiency of spleen with blood stasis, cold and deficiency of Chong and Ren Channels with blood stasis. Should pay attention to strengthening the prevention of adolescent physical health education, reproductive age should be the prevention of abortion, peri - menopausal period should pay attention to reinforce the kidney and spleen. The treatment is a phased method of treatment divided into 2 phases including bleeding period and Recuperating Menstrual Cycle period. Herb-Prescribing and Recipe includes Zuo Gui Wan, You Gui Wan,Ju Yuan Decoction, Decoction for Warming Meridian ,etc.
