摘　　要：目的:观察参杞养生酒对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验、迟发型变态反应试验及溶血素试验,观察参杞养生酒对免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能的影响。结果:参杞养生酒能显著地增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力,增强氢化可的松诱导的免疫功能低下小鼠的迟发性变态反应,提高小鼠溶血素水平。结论:参杞养生酒对免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能具有一定增强作用.Objective：To explore the effection of Shenqi Health Protection Wine on immune function of immunosupressed mice. Methods ： phagocytosis of macrophages, delayed type hypersensitivity test and serum hemolysin test were employed to evaluade the effects of non - specific and specific immunologic function of immunosupressed mice. Results ： Shenqi Health Protection Wine could enhance the phagocytesis function of macrophage, could strengthen the delayed hypersensitivity of hydrocortisone induced immunosupressed mice ,could increase serum hemolysin level of rats. Conclusions ：the results show that Shenqi Health Protection Wine could increase non - specific and specific immunologic function of immuno- supressed mice.
