摘　　要：随着我国住房体翻的改革和城市建设的发展，物业管理这一行业应运而生。而住宅小区的物业服务收费问题则是住宅小区居民广泛关注的问题之一。近年来，郑州市物业服务收费引起的纠纷越来越多，物业管理相关部门巧立名目，乱收费现象十分严重，已经成为了消费者投诉的新热点。本文针对在物业服务收费中存在的问题进行了研究并提出了建设性的意见。With the development of the housing system reformation and city construction, property management emerges as the times require. The charge of property service in housing district is one of the popular issues that the residents concern about. Recently, the disputes caused by charge of property management are gaining rapidly in Zheng Zhou. Various departments of property companies are established,and abuse of the privilege of property fee charging is getting more and more severe, which has become a new hot issue consumers accuse of. This text makes a research into the problems existing in the charge of property service and puts forwards some constructive countermeasures to solve these problems.
