摘　　要：鸟巢作为2008年北京奥运会的主场馆，其投入巨大，因此如何在成功举办奥运会之后对它进行良好的运营与管理，实现鸟巢的保值、增值，是鸟巢运营商面临的主要挑战。本文从鸟巢赛后运营的优势、劣势、机遇及危机等方面进行了分析，以此对鸟巢的赛后运营提出了几点建议。As a nest for the 2008 Beijing Olympic main stadium, the huge investment, so how successful hosting of the Olympic Games after it carried out the operation with good management and preserving and increasing the nest, value-added, is a nest facing the operators of the main challenges. This article from the nest after the operation strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and an analysis of the crisis in order to nest on the operation after the match raised a number of recommendations.
