济坤煎剂对PCOS高雄激素血症小鼠血清性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:从性激素内分泌角度探讨济坤方促排卵的作用机制。方法:丙酸睾丸酮造模,雌性小白鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、克罗米酚组、济坤煎剂组,放免法测定小鼠血清雄激素(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)水平。结果:济坤煎剂组、克罗米酚组小鼠血清E2、FSH水平显著高于模型组;济坤煎剂组T、LH水平明显降低,与模型组相比有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:济坤方能够通过调整内分泌功能,影响性激素水平而起治疗作用。Objective ：To explore mechanism of JiKun Recipe on ovulation induction in hyperandrogenemia mice with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） from endocrine function. Methods ： polycystic ovary hyperandrogenemia mice models were established by single injection of testosterone propionate. The female mice were randomly divided into normal control group ,model group, chloramiphene group and JiKun Recipe group, The levels of serum gonadal hormone （ T, LH, FSH, E2 ）were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results ： Compared with model group, the levels of E2 , FSH in JiKun Recipe, chloramiphene group were increased, the levels of T, LH in JiKun Recipe group were decreased; The difference had statistic significance（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：JiKun Recipe could play a curative role in in hyperandrogenemia mice with PCOS by regulating the endocrine function and affecting the levels of Gonadal Hormono.
