摘　　要：以现代药理研究成果为据,对李时珍《本草纲目》中丹参、当归、红花、益母草、黄芩、蒲黄、三七、川芎、地黄、荆芥等10余种妇产科常用活血、止血药物作了详细阐述,认为《本草纲目》中妇产科活血、止血用药具有很高的科学性,对今之指导临床用药具有宝贵的参考价值,说明《本草纲目》对妇产科用药作出了巨大的贡献。The article is based on the achievements of modern pharmacological researches.The article shows over 10 kinds of medicine of stopping bleeding and activating blood circulation for the treatment of gynecology in Compendium of Materia Medica That contain,Danshen,Danggui,Honghua,Yimucao,Huangqin,Puhuang,Sanqi,Chuanxiong,Dihuang,Jingjie and gives detailed discussion about it.It is believed that the medicine used for gynecology in Compendium of Materia Medica have scientific and have high value of reference in guidance to choose medicine in clinic today.All these explain that LI Shi-zhen devoted greatly to the development of gynecology.
