摘　　要：糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)最严重和最常见的慢性并发症之一,西医治疗尚无特殊进展,中医药在糖尿病肾病治疗方面有独特的理念和优势并取得了一定进展。对近10年来中医药防治糖尿病肾病的临床及实验研究进行了综述,并提出存在的问题。Diabetic nephropathy （ DN ） is one of the most severe and common complications of diabetes mellitus （DM）. There is few patent progress in the treatment of DN on the aspect of modern medicine. While as traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has her special knowledge and advantage in the therapy of DN and she has made some progress. This essay focuses on the TCM progress of clinical and experimental research on the precaution and therapy of DN in the past ten years, makes an abstract and provide the problem remained.
