摘  要:目的:观察牡蛎对小鼠戊巴比妥钠催眠作用的影响。方法:取昆明小鼠(均为雄性),随机分组,每组12只。采用不同剂量生、煅牡蛎混悬液、生牡蛎的水提液、生牡蛎中水不溶性部分及CaCO3化学药品对戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间进行镇静催眠实验研究。结果:生牡蛎混悬液、生牡蛎的水提液、生牡蛎中水不溶性部分、CaCO3化学药品及350℃下的煅牡蛎较空白对照组的睡眠时间显著延长(P<0.01)。结论:生牡蛎有较好的镇静、催眠、安神作用,低温煅制的牡蛎亦有镇静作用。Objective:To examine oyster' s effect of tranquilizing the central nerves system with sedative of heavy weight. Methods:Kunming mice were randomly divided into several groups (each n = 12 ), the effects of different dose of raw, calcined oyster suspension, raw oyster liquid, the insoluble part of raw oyster liquid and CaCO3 chemistry medicine on mice pentobarbital - induced sleep hours were empirically studied. Results :Hours of sleep prolonged in mice of raw oyster suspension, raw oyster liquid, the insoluble part of raw oyster liquid, CaCO3 chemistry medicine and calcined oysters (under 350℃) compared with ones of blank control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The oysters possess obviously sedative, hypnotic and relieving uneasiness effects. The oysters calcined under low temperature are also sedative effect.
