内外合治对甲亢模型大鼠甲状腺激素及甲状腺病理改变的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察内外合治对甲亢模型大鼠甲状腺激素和甲状腺病理变化的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分成6组:正常组、甲亢模型组、西药对照组、甲亢方组、甲亢平膏外治组、内外合治组,除正常组外均用优甲乐灌服制作大鼠甲亢模型,观察甲亢方内服和甲亢平膏外贴相结合对模型大鼠的影响,21天后放免法测定血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量及对大鼠甲状腺指数和甲状腺病理改变的影响。结果:内外合治能降低甲亢大鼠血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4含量,提高血清TSH;内外合治可降低甲亢大鼠甲状腺指数,明显改善甲亢大鼠甲状腺病理改变。结论:内外合治具有调节甲亢大鼠甲状腺激素和改善甲状腺病理变化的作用。Objective ：To observe the effect of Chinese medicine by taking oral and plasterring outside thyroid on thyroid hormone and thyroid pathological changes of experimental hyperthyroid rat. Methods ：50 rats were used Euthyrox daily at 75μg/100g ig and were randomly divided into hyperthyroidism model group,Jiakangping plaster group,Jiakang formula group, control group, taking oral and plastering group,each with 10 rats, as well as 10 rats as normal group. Three weeks latter the rats were killed for observation the effect of Chinese medicine by taking oral and plasterring outside thyroid on thyroid hormone and thyroid pathological changes of experimental hyperthyroid rat. Result： Chinese medicine by taking oral and plasterring outside thyroid could lower the level of FT3 , FT4 ,T3 ,T4and promote the level of TSH, could also improve thyroid pathological changes and lower the index of thyroid. Conclusion ： Jiakang formula had the effect of improving the function and pathology of thyroid on experimental hyperthyroid rat.
