摘 要:目的:研究黑鳗藤新苷K的急性毒性及体内对细胞免疫和体液免疫的抑制作用。方法:采用2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)所致的小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)模型和绵羊红细胞(SRBC)所致小鼠血清凝集素生成模型,观察黑鳗藤新苷K对小鼠体内细胞免疫和体液免疫的抑制作用。结果:黑鳗藤新苷K3.2g/kg剂量内对小鼠无明显毒副作用;10mg/kg以上剂量即可显著降低DNFB诱导的DTH反应小鼠的耳廓肿胀度(P<0.05);20mg/kg以上剂量即可显著减少SRBC所致小鼠血清凝集素抗体的生成(P<0.05)。结论:黑鳗藤新苷K小鼠体内能显著抑制细胞免疫反应和体液免疫反应,无明显毒性。Objective :To investigate the acute toxicity and the inhibition effects of Stemucronatoside K(SMK) on the cellular and humoral immune responses in vivo. Methods:The immunosuppressive effect of SMK on the cellular immune response was observed by DNFB-induced delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) in mice;and the experiment of serum agglutinin in mice induced by SRBC was used for observing the inhibiton effect of SMK on the humoral immune response. Resu/ts :SMK did not show any toxicity under the dose of 3.2g/kg, and significantly inhibited DNFB-induced auricle engorgement of IYFH mice above the dose of 10mg/kg( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the production of antibody in the experiment of serum agglutinin in mice above the dose of 20mg/kg( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:SMK has marked immunosuppressive effect on the cellular and humoral immune responses in vivo without obvious toxicity.
