内外兼治慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨内外兼治对慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将60例CRF患者随机分为对照组(30例)给予生脉针加香丹针静滴,温肾泄浊方口服,治疗组(30例)在对照组基础上加活血利湿方外敷双侧肾俞穴。观察患者治疗前后症状、体征、肾功能变化。结果:治疗后治疗组总体疗效比较,明显优于对照组(P<0.01),血肌酐下降值治疗前后比较,P<0.01,与对照组比较,P<0.05。结论:内外兼治对CRF有较好的疗效。Objective：To discuss the clinical therapeutic effects of combined intemal and external therapy for ehronic renal failure. Methods ：60 cases of CRF patients were randomly divided into control group（ 30 cases）given Shengmai needle increase Xiangdan intravenous needles, Warmth of recuperating the Kidney-Yang and dissolving phlegm the oral treatment group（30 cases ）in the control group on the basis of promoting blood circulation and the external dual-Lishi Side Shenshu points. Observe patients on symptoms, signs and kidney fimction. Results：Generally, the comprehensive curative effect of treatment group is obviously superior than control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ） , the comparison of Decline in value of serum creatinine before and after the treatment for treatment group is P 〈 0. 01 while for control group is P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion： combined internal and external therapy shows good curative effect.
