摘 要:目的探讨学习笔记的分阶段管理方法在手术室新护士带教中的临床效果。以期保证手术室新护士学习笔记的撰写质量和强化对导师带教的督导。方法在导师制教学方法下制定新护士的学习笔记的分阶段考核标准,实施学习笔记分阶段管理制度。结果分阶段管理方法有效保证了新护士学习笔记的质量,帮助逐步提高导师的教学效果。结论学习笔记的分阶段管理模式能有效完成笔记管理要求,能督促导师自身带教能力的提高。Objective To investigate the clinical results by using the stage management of studying notes on new nurses in operation rooms to secure the quality of studying notes of new nurses and reinforce the supervision of the tutors. Methods We had carried out the stage management of studying notes on new nurses by drafting standard of stage examination followed by the tutor' s teaching method. Results Through the stage management, the quality of studying notes of new nurses and the teaching results of the tutors were progressively improved. Conclusions The model of stage management of studying notes could effectively secure the quality of studying notes and improve teaching ability of the tutors.
