摘 要:目的:了解小血管吻合区的神经变化。方法:雄性SD大鼠11只,在吻合大鼠隐动脉或剥除长约10mm的隐动脉外膜后,用ABC法作隐动脉手术区的NPY、CGPR的免疫组织化学反应。结果:术后3d动脉吻合区或单纯动脉外膜剥除区未见上述两类肽能神经。术后14d肽能神经已由术区两端进入术区。术后30d术区肽能神经的数量与形态与正常相似。结论:吻合小血管时剥除外膜可损及局部肽能神经,其恢复时间较长。bjective: To study reinnervation at the anastomosis site of small blood vessels.Methods:ABC immunohistochemical method was used to show NPY and CGRP at the anastomosis site or at the region with 10 mm long adventitia stripped saphenous artery in 11 rats.Results:Three days after surgery,NPY and CGRP nerves were not seen in the surgical site.Neuropetide nerves came into the surgical site from both ends in fourteen days,and reached to normal morphology in thirty days.Conclusions: Stripping the adventitia of small blood vessels during anastomosis damages the neuropeptide nerves at the surgical site.Reinnervation in small blood vessel takes place slowly.
