摘 要:为了对夹桩箱结构改进提供依据,应用ANSYS有限元软件对液压静力压桩机夹桩箱进行有限元建模。利用有限元系统内嵌的命令流式程序设计语言APDL,编辑了模态分析命令流式程序,对夹桩和压桩状态的夹桩箱进行模态分析,并且对模态频率及其振型进行分析;用Gradient法分析夹桩箱的主要结构参数,对压桩时夹桩箱第一模态频率的影响,结果表明在压桩状态下,夹桩箱的弹性模量、夹桩箱中间筒内径和夹桩箱内径等对夹桩箱第一模态频率的影响较大。For providing data for the melioration of pile clamping boxes of hydraulic static pile divers, the model of pile clamping box was constituted in ANSYS. The command streams of modal analysis were programmed with APDL standing for ANSYS parametric design language. And then the modal of pile clamping box under pile clamping and pile driving were analyzed. The modal frequencies and the vibration modes were analyzed and researched. The gradients of first frequency is main parameters of pile clamping box under pile driving were analyzed. The simulation results show that Young's modulus of pile clamping box, the internal radius of mid cylinder and pile clamping box affect effectively the first frequency of pile clamping box under pile driving.
